Job summary

A leading risk management and insurance brokerage firm in Montreal is seeking a skilled .NET/Power Platform Developer. In this role, you will build customer-facing portals and broker tools while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, along with strong .NET skills. Qualifications

• 3+ years software engineering experience with Dynamics 365 / Dataverse and Power Platform.
• Comfortable with Dataverse data modeling, FetchXML, LINQ, and performance tuning.
• Secure development & compliance awareness (e.g., PCI for payments) is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance Dynamics 365 model‑driven apps and Power Pages portals.
• Design, implement, and maintain Dataverse plugins and Azure Functions.
• Collaborate with PMs, Business Analysts, and testers to refine requirements.
