Job summary

TWIL Travel Corp. in Toronto is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented leader to manage the travel advisor team and portfolio of luxury travelers. You will oversee the full planning cycle, source properties, create proposals, and maintain client relationships, with Sabre experience as backup support for the air department.

The role requires strong leadership, exceptional customer service, and a proactive approach to streamline processes in a fast-paced luxury travel environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as travel advisor and team management is highly desirable.
• TICO Certification within one month of start date is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of in-house Travel Advisors to ensure trip design protocols are followed.
• Oversee full travel planning cycle, including proposals, inquiries, payments, and client communications.
• Coordinate travel arrangements: transport, lodging, transfers, flights, tours, and insurance.
• Provide backup support to air department using Sabre when needed.
• Maintain and leverage the CRM system to track client preferences and history.
