Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Data Science, Econometrics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Strong experience in data science, applied statistics or quantitative analytics with hands-on delivery of predictive models.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL with relevant libraries.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (Snowflake, AWS or Azure).
• Ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics projects from problem definition to model development, validation and implementation.
• Collaborate with analytics leaders on priorities and methodology.
• Develop predictive and machine learning models for commercial decision-making.
• Translate model outputs into clear recommendations for business teams.
• Ensure data privacy, governance and model quality across projects.
• Communicate complex analytics clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
