Job summary

CBC/Radio-Canada is seeking a permanent Analyst for Budgeting and Internal Reporting to support month-end processes, revenue analysis, and financial forecasting. The role collaborates with Sales and Content Marketing teams and can be based in Toronto or Montréal, with hybrid work arrangements.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in accounting, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Excel and Power BI, with bilingual English and French abilities highly valued.

Qualifications

• University degree in accounting or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience; CPA designation asset.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI; MS Office experience.
• Fluency in French and English; strong communication for stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze large data sets for non-finance stakeholders in Media Solutions.

Responsibilities

• Understand day-to-day and month-end close processes to ensure data accuracy.
• Support budget planning by coordinating activities with key stakeholders and performing data analyses.
• Participate in optimizing and harmonizing operational month-end processes.
• Support internal business clients with administrative needs.
• Calculate, process, and manage revenue-sharing reports with partners; serve as the finance contact; perform related tasks.
