Job summary

Required: Journeyperson Electrician with 6+ years, Safety Codes Officer (Electrical Group A), CSA standards knowledge, and reporting in Word/Excel. Travel-ready with a valid Class 5 license.

Qualifications

• Hold a Journeyperson Electrician certificate for 6+ years.
• Hold a current Safety Codes Officer certificate in Electrical Group A.
• Experience interpreting CSA Electrical Standards.
• Experience in design, manufacture and testing of electrical equipment.
• Ability to prepare reports using Word and Excel; communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Inspect unapproved and custom-built electrical equipment to SPE-1000 and CEC.
• Perform field evaluations in Alberta with occasional travel to other provinces.
• Generate accurate inspection reports and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with clients and adhere to safety and quality standards.
