Qualifications

• Experience leading architecture for production-grade Web3 or digital asset apps.
• Proven track record guiding live tokenization platforms or institutional crypto custody systems.
• Strong understanding of enterprise EVM nodes and blockchain infra platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define scalable tokenization architectures aligned with user experiences and backend services.
• Own architectural governance, ADRs, and roadmaps across platforms and networks.
• Mentor engineers, socialize target-state architectures, and ensure production readiness.
• Lead tokenization and smart contract engineering, including security and upgradeability patterns.
• Shape integration for MPC wallets and enterprise wallet infrastructure.
