Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

Duration: 24+ Months

Hybrid: 4 days/week

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack .NET Developer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET Core, Azure Cloud, and modern front‑end frameworks such as Vue.js, Angular, or React. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting scalable enterprise applications while collaborating closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross‑functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise‑grade applications using .NET Core and modern front‑end technologies.
• Build and support scalable, high‑performance applications running on Microsoft Azure Cloud.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and service‑oriented solutions.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to system design decisions for large‑scale transactional platforms.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and source control best practices.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools to improve coding efficiency, testing automation, and overall development productivity.
• Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities while ensuring adherence to application security standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of software development experience within enterprise environments.
• Strong hands‑on experience with:
• .NET Core Development
• Vue.js (Angular or React experience is also acceptable)
• Experience working with large‑scale transactional systems.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and Service‑Oriented Architecture (SOA).
• Experience with:
• Automated testing frameworks
• Vulnerability management and remediation
• Development productivity enhancement tools
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub, or other source control systems.
• Experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Wealth Management, Portfolio Management, or Capital Markets platforms.
• Experience with Microservices Architecture and application modernization initiatives.
• Knowledge of cloud‑native application design patterns and containerized deployments.
