Job summary

Thales Canada in Halifax, NS, is seeking a Corrective Maintenance Coordinator to manage defect resolution for AOPVs and JSS vessels. You will coordinate with the CM Lead and Service Delivery team, ensuring timely actions in MAXIMO, JIRA, and Confluence.

The role requires coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, preparing notes, and supporting data readiness while maintaining safety and quality standards across the fleet.

Qualifications

• 2-year technical program diploma or equivalent.
• QL-5 level military technical training is a plus.
• Strong computer literacy with MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate defect management for AOPVs/JSS vessels based in Halifax, NS.
• Act as main point of contact for stakeholders regarding the AJISS Corrective Maintenance process.
• Attend and facilitate weekly AJISS/Assignment Team meetings.
