Responsibilities

• Data science, analytics, and predictive modeling across clinical data sources.
• Design and maintain data pipelines integrating Epic and other sources.
• Develop, validate, deploy models for patient access, wait time forecasts, capacity planning.
• Create dashboards and executive-ready presentations communicating insights.
• Lead projects across the full analytics lifecycle with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and executive leaders to implement outputs.
