Job summary

ClinChoice Canada Inc. is seeking a Data Manager to lead data management for clinical trials in a hybrid role in Ontario, Canada. You will oversee database setup, study conduct and close-out, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet timelines and deliver high-quality DM deliverables.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in pharmaceutical data management, strong knowledge of EDC systems (eCRF/CDMS), and excellent communication and training skills to support sites and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years data management experience in pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with EDC systems (eCRF/CDMS).
• Follow SOPs, GCP and ICH guidelines.
• Ability to lead a study or data management team.
• Strong documentation and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead data management activities and ensure study deliverables meet timelines and quality standards.
• ReviewClinical research documents such as protocols and Case Report Forms.
• Create and review eCRF specifications.
• Develop DM documents (Data Management Plan, Data Validation Plan, eCRF Completion Guidelines).
• Develop edit rules, query logic and messages; provide training to teams and sites.
• Coordinate archiving of study databases and related documents.
• Perform SAE reconciliation and data transfer activities.
