Job summary

TC Energy is seeking a Communications Advisor to support priority corporate initiatives, campaigns, sponsorships and activations. The role provides communications counsel, develops integrated strategies, and connects business priorities with audiences and channels.

The Advisor will support social media and digital strategy, collaborate across External Relations, Internal Communications and Digital teams, and help deliver high‑profile initiatives with a hybrid work model in North America.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-6+ years of experience in corporate communications or related field.
• Experience with paid media and digital advertising, campaign planning, audience targeting and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated communications plans with objectives, audiences, messages, channels, tactics and success metrics.
• Provide strategic counsel on messaging, positioning, audiences, channels and timing across business teams.
• Translate complex priorities into clear, compelling communications strategies and content.
• Collaborate with External Relations, Internal Communications, Digital, Media Relations, Sponsorships and other teams for coordinated approaches.
• Support social media and channel strategy including content planning, scheduling and publishing across corporate channels.
• Develop channel-specific approaches reflecting audience needs and platform best practices.
• Plan and execute paid media and digital advertising campaigns including targeting, creative development and measurement.
• Contribute to cross-functional activation teams supporting priority initiatives and events.
