Job summary

The Canadian Cancer Society is seeking a Cloud Solutions Analyst to manage and optimize Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud environments. You will automate workflows with Power Automate, build Power Apps, and support Copilot adoption across Microsoft 365 apps.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of hands-on M365 experience, strong problem-solving, and bilingual English/French communication. This role offers a hybrid work model across multiple Canadian locations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
Experience with workflow automation, Azure services, and identity management.
Familiarity with AI tools such as Copilot and ChatGPT is preferred.

Responsibilities

Administer Azure cloud services and identity controls.
Develop and support Teams and SharePoint sites.
Configure SaaS platforms, access controls, and integrations.
Design and maintain Power Automate workflows to streamline processes.
Build Power Apps for internal teams and integrate with SharePoint/Teams.
Support Copilot adoption and AI-enabled tools, with governance and security focus.
Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 apps and cloud services.
Troubleshoot incidents, monitor systems, and document solutions.
