Job summary

RI-MUHC in Montreal seeks a motivated research coordinator to support a 5-year study aimed at improving hepatitis C treatment access across prisons in Quebec. You will liaise with the principal investigator, research team, and external partners to ensure smooth recruitment, data handling, and study documentation.

The role requires strong French and English, excellent communication, organization, and independent work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field.
• Master’s degree is an asset.
• Minimum of two years of clinical research experience in academic environment or CRO.
• Experience with underserved populations and STBBIs is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing study protocols, consent forms, questionnaires, and other study documents.
• Assist with ethics submissions and amendments.
• Coordinate logistics and communication between study partners.
• Assist with participant recruitment, data collection, and storage of study documents.
• Ensure proper documentation and research organization in a timely manner.
• Assist with abstracts and manuscripts preparation and submission.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
