Job summary

Associated Engineering, located in Vancouver, is looking for an experienced Civil Technologist to contribute to various projects including roadway and bridge design. The successful candidate will provide technical support using AutoCAD and Civil 3D, and will also mentor other team members.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of progressive experience in computer-aided drafting and design of transportation projects.
• Experience with field work such as topographic survey and construction inspection is an asset.
• Familiarity with BC MoTT Design Standards and TAC Geometric Design Guidelines is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical aspects of roadway, highway, airport, bridge, intersection and interchange design.
• Provide technical and drafting support using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Mentor and support Civil Technologists, Technicians, Designers and Engineers.
