Job summary

CIBC in Toronto is seeking a Chapter Lead, Business Systems Analyst to lead a team of analysts while hands-on contributing within a delivery squad. You will shape requirements, optimize documentation, and ensure solutions align with digital banking needs.

You will balance people leadership with hands-on analysis, collaborate across product, technology and design, and promote best practices in documentation and delivery. Hybrid work with on-site days is available.

Qualifications

Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Experience leading teams of analysts and coaching junior members.
Strong ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and docs.

Responsibilities

Lead and support a team of Business Systems Analysts within a delivery context.
Translate business needs into clear requirements, process flows and docs.
Collaborate with product, technology, design and testing to deliver digital banking capabilities.
Maintain high-quality technical writing and analysis artifacts.
