We are hiring Hybrid Call Center Agents to support a client in the financial sector. If you have strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for helping customers, we’d love to see you apply!

Compensation starting at $17.50/hour.

What You'll Do:

  • Engage with customers on all inbound/outbound calls, emails, and other channels of communication applicable and/or supports to update customer’s account information.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by listening, understanding needs, and resolving issues.
  • Navigate company systems to update customer information and process requests accurately.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling high-volume calls.
  • Adhere to financial sector compliance and security protocols.

What We're Looking For:

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is required. Call center experience is preferred.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage customers with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Quick thinking and resourcefulness to resolve customer concerns.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using multiple systems and applications while handling calls.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Available for shifts between 8 AM – 8 PM Monday to Friday.
  • Hybrid Work Setup: First 30 days of training will be onsite at our Barrie office. After training, a minimum of 2 days per week onsite is required.
