• 3 to 5 years of experience in business analysis, business systems, or related roles.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with system testing, validation, troubleshooting, and process analysis.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs and opportunities.
• Gather, analyze, and document requirements and translate into specifications.
• Evaluate processes and recommend system enhancements aligned with goals.
• Support enterprise system implementations, upgrades, and change control.
• Lead or participate in testing, validation, and defect management.
