Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of professional experience in fieldwork/consulting.
• Professional Biologist designation (R.P.Bio or P.Biol) in good standing.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or in teams and manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, and lead field studies related to terrestrial ecosystems and wildlife.
• Analyze and interpret ecological data to support environmental assessments and mitigation planning.
• Prepare high-quality technical reports and regulatory submissions.
• Liaise with clients, regulatory agencies, Indigenous communities, and stakeholders.
• Lead and support multi-disciplinary project teams, budgets, and deliverables.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to business development and proposals.
• Complete required administrative activities in a timely manner.
