Job summary

Quantiphi is seeking an experienced Conversational AI Architect in a hybrid Toronto role. You will lead end-to-end configuration and deployment of conversational AI solutions, with proven hands-on Dialogflow CX expertise.

Work with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and rollout conversational experiences across voice and digital channels. The role emphasizes designing intents and entities, managing environments and webhooks, and delivering high-quality customer engagements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience designing, configuring, and deploying conversational AI or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Google Dialogflow CX (intents, entities, flows, pages, parameters, conditions, routes).
• Experience with Firestore database configuration.
• Solid understanding of conversational AI and customer engagement solution design.
• Experience creating technical documentation and admin guides.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design DTMF and conversation flows, intents, entities, fulfillment, and integrations for Dialogflow CX, including Firestore configuration.
• Configure Dialogflow CX environments, versioning, pages, routes, parameters, conditions, webhooks, and fulfillment.
• Develop test plans, conduct UAT, and manage production cutover and hypercare.
• Create documentation, configuration guides, and administrator documentation; provide knowledge transfer to support teams.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time and within scope.
• Troubleshoot and optimize conversational flows, latency, integrations, and conversational accuracy.
• Provide post-deployment support and continuously improve solutions based on analytics and user feedback.
