Position: HVAC Lead Installers & Service Technicians

Romaniuk is seeking energetic, motivated, and career-minded HVAC technicians responsible for onsite installation and servicing of HVAC systems and equipment.

What You Will Do

As a Romaniuk HVAC Technician, you will master your trade and provide exceptional customer service by advising clients on suitable services or treatments.

• Ensure all HVAC equipment meets or exceeds the standards of the Technical Standards & Safety Authority and municipal codes.
• Follow Energy Star installation and service procedures.
• Educate customers on proper care, maintenance, and promote HVAC options.
• Conduct HVAC equipment inspections.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked vehicle.
• Explain benefits of newer, efficient equipment.
• Promote products and services during each visit.
• Never recommend unnecessary repairs.
• Deliver a five-star customer experience or resolve issues before leaving.
• Encourage online reviews from satisfied customers.

Education, Experience & Skills

• At least 3 years of recent HVAC installation or service experience, including furnaces, air conditioners, gas boilers, and water heaters.
• Strong technical and customer service skills, with a proven track record.
• Gas Technician license required.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean record.
• Comfortable working at heights and with ladders.
• Responsible, accountable, positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to efficiently complete installations and commissioning within a team.
• Excellent customer service skills.
