What You’ll Be Doing

As a Commercial Service Technician, you will be dispatched from your home to various locations to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, site surveys, and service for commercial and industrial equipment. Your daily duties may include:

• Start-up and commissioning of Trane controls and HVAC equipment.
• Troubleshooting and repairing systems like split units, package units, chillers, pumps, and cooling towers.
• Optimizing building control systems for better efficiency.
• Replacing and modifying HVAC systems as needed.

What You'll Bring To The Table

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience with commercial HVAC systems.
• EPA Certification (preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and handheld devices.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Willingness to support on-call, overtime, and occasional overnight stays.

Additional Requirements and Environmental Exposure

• Ability to operate a vehicle safely.
• Use of safety gear like helmets, goggles, fall protection, and boots.
• Physical ability to twist, squat, reach, stand, lift up to 40 lbs., and access rooftops and confined spaces.
• Exposure to weather, mechanical parts, heights, electrical risks, and noise.
