We are looking for an HVAC Technician with a minimum of 1-2 years of field experience and the following skill sets:

1. In-depth understanding of refrigerant cycles and compressor operation.
2. EPA certification.
3. Ability to read refrigerant gauges.
4. Experience with flare and swedge copper pipes.
5. Refrigerant recovery skills.
6. Refrigerant charging expertise.
7. Brazing and soldering pipes.
8. Accurate measurement skills.
9. Familiarity with multimeters.
10. Knowledge of ductwork.

Must have a desire to learn, take pride in work quality, be organized and punctual. Candidates should have a clean driving record, be trustworthy, and organized with company vehicles. We seek team members who are responsible and passionate about their work. The position requires working two Saturdays a month, with Monday-Friday hours typically lasting 10-12 hours during peak season. These shifts can be discussed during the interview.
