Hardy Mechanical Services Ltd. is a fast-paced HVAC/R company in British Columbia.

We are hiring hardworking Journeypersons and apprentices to join our team for installation, service, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of HVAC and refrigeration systems in commercial and industrial settings. Salary is $77.32/hr Journeyman rate, with industry-leading compensation packages and benefits, including RRSP contributions, medical and dental coverage, and paid training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience
• Valid BC Class 5 Driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong understanding of construction process
• Excellent work ethic and mechanical aptitude
• Self-motivated and passionate about craft
• Flexible in changing environments
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical/shop drawings
• Adhere to WorkSafe regulations
• Maintain knowledge of environmental regulations

Responsibilities

• Install and service HVAC and Refrigeration equipment
• Diagnose HVAC and refrigeration problems in commercial/industrial facilities
• Commissioning of new buildings
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration

Job Duties

• Installation and service of HVAC and Refrigeration equipment
• Diagnosing HVAC and refrigeration problems in a commercial and industrial environment
• Commissioning of new buildings
• Preventive Maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration

Desired applicants must:

• Be a team player with a minimum 2-4 years of experience
