What You’ll Do:
Deliver engaging, hands-on HVAC instruction that prepares students for real-world success.
Use a variety of teaching methods, including instructional technology, live demonstrations, and industry-specific equipment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom and lab environment.
Monitor and ensure student safety at all times, reporting concerns as needed.
Support student success through regular communication and retention activities.
Grade assignments and submit attendance records on schedule.
Assist in developing and refining the HVAC program curriculum.
Work closely with academic leadership to resolve student concerns.
Provide clear course syllabi and grading criteria at the start of each term.
Participate in student activities, advisory board meetings, and school events such as graduation.
Stay current with industry trends and professional development.
Ensure compliance with all school policies, accreditation, and licensing requirements.
What You Bring to the Table:
HVAC industry experience (minimum of 3 years).
Relevant HVAC certifications, licensure, and credentials as required by accreditation and state regulations.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
A passion for education and student success.
Prior teaching experience is not required—enthusiasm and expertise matter most!
