Role

The HVAC Technical Sales Representative will work directly with contractors and dealers to deliver both technical troubleshooting support and sales solutions. This role requires a balance of technical proficiency, strong customer relationships, and consultative selling skills. Given our diverse customer base, fluency in English and French is essential to ensure clear communication and excellent service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide field and phone support for troubleshooting inverter‑based ducted and non‑ducted HVAC systems.
  • Communicate effectively with customers in both English and French.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, engineers, and distribution partners.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions in both languages.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend HVAC solutions that best meet performance and budget requirements.
  • Collaborate with the inside sales and technical support team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Track and manage sales opportunities in CRM system, from lead generation to closing.
  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and sales.
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
  • Ability to interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
  • Experience with CRM or ticketing systems for tracking customer interactions.
  • Minimum 4 years of field experience.
  • Certifications (e.g., EPA 608, NATE, Red Seal) are a plus.
Salary Range

$70,000 - $80,000
