YOUR SCHEDULE

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 7 AM to 4 PM, with opportunities for overtime and on-call shifts. Technicians dispatch directly from home to job sites, eliminating the need to report to a central location before beginning the workday.

YOUR DAY AS AN HVAC TECH

As an HVAC Tech, you will begin each day from home, traveling directly to customer locations in Kingston, Pittston, and Mountain Top. You will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing residential heating and cooling systems. Your role will also involve providing excellent customer service, ensuring homeowners understand their system's condition and recommended repairs.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• 2+ years of related experience
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems independently
• Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset
