Qualifications

• Red Seal Certification in HVAC/Refrigeration required.
• Experience servicing heating, cooling and plumbing systems.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical and system control issues.
• Strong knowledge of safety practices in the trade.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation equipment.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing systems, including piping, fixtures, valves, pumps, and drainage systems.
• Perform checkout, testing, troubleshooting and commissioning of a wide variety of mechanical equipment.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, safety standards, and company procedures.
• Communicate clearly with customers about service findings and required repairs.
• Maintain accurate service reports and parts usage.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
