Job summary

Right Time Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking an HVAC Technician with strong field experience to service residential systems across our service area. The role requires licensure, a clean driving record, and a proven work ethic focused on safety and customer satisfaction.

You will perform installations, inspections, and commissioning of HVAC equipment while maintaining high service standards and promoting our products on every call.

• Maintain a clean, stocked vehicle.

What We Are Looking For

• A minimum of 3 years recent HVAC experience with exposure to furnaces, central and ductless air conditioners, gas boilers, water heaters including tankless heaters
• Valid Gas Fitter Two License
• Residential Air Conditioning License (Journeyman or RedSeal)
• Valid Driver's License with a clean record
• Clear criminal record
• Must have demonstrated strong technical, customer service skills and company metrics in current and previous roles.
• Must be effective at HVAC lead generation and CPP enrolments.
• Comfortable working from heights and using a ladder
• An accountable and responsible personality, delivering high customer satisfaction and has a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively within a team environment, completing the installation and commissioning of HVAC elements

What Will You Do

• Ensure customers heating, ventilation, and air-condition equipment meets or exceeds the Technical Standards & Safety Authority's codes and municipal building codes and standards.
• Follow all Energy Star installation processes and procedures.
• Educate customers on proper care and maintenance and promote all various HVAC options
• Complete general and specific HVAC equipment inspections
• Maintain a clean, fully stocked vehicle
• Promote our products and services on every call
• Provide a five-star experience on every call or make it right before leaving the customers home
• Feel comfortable requesting online reviews from customers.
• Contribute to our high standards of health and safety
