Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of proven HVAC technician experience.
• Class B Gas Fitter Certification is required.
• Valid BC Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC systems (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ventilation).
• Conduct routine maintenance to maximize efficiency.
• Repair or replace components like compressors, fans, thermostats, and wiring.

The Role

• Perform comprehensive inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation units
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as filter changes, system calibrations, and performance checks to maximize efficiency
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to repair or replace components like compressors, fans, thermostats, and electrical wiring
• Communicate clearly with customers, explaining options and recommendations
• Work on a team of highly skilled home service professionals
• Deliver 5-Star service, every time
• Represent the AirVantage brand with professionalism and pride — in every home, every interaction, every day

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience as an HVAC technician (required)
