How will you do it
We are looking for skilled HVAC Mechanics with practical work experience in HVAC piping, plumbing, pipefitting, and/or mechanical equipment service industry.
Mechanics must have practical experience in light commercial or commercial mechanical equipment. May be required to pass an examination to demonstrate specific skills. The scope of work includes commercial HVACR service. Servicemen may partner with Journeymen in repairing centrifugal, steam turbines, and open-drive screw chillers. Responsibilities include maintenance, repair, and replacement services on commercial heating and cooling systems.
We provide factory certification through our Service Technical Academy (STA) with recognition, monetary rewards, and opportunities for advancement. We also offer incentive programs and prioritize employee safety. Tools, uniforms, and a company vehicle are provided to support your work and ensure high standards of service.
Your role involves providing top-tier service to solve facility inefficiencies and address service-related issues. As a trusted advisor, you will deliver solutions during commissioning and aftermarket service, including recommendations for efficiency improvements and upselling opportunities. You will also prepare quotes to support your recommendations.
