Job summary

Naylor Building Partnerships Inc. is seeking a dynamic HVAC Journeyperson (313A) with GT2 (GT1 preferred) to join our Brampton team. You will deliver exceptional service across Industrial, Commercial and Institutional settings in the Brampton area.

Your responsibilities include on-call service, safe operation of HVAC systems, and collaboration with our team to ensure high standards of workmanship. A strong license portfolio and clear driving record are required.

Qualifications

• 313A Refrigeration and A/C Systems Mechanic licence is required.
• GT2 Gas Technician licence is required; GT1 preferred and ODP certification.
• ICI service experience and ability to obtain security clearance.
• On-call shifts and strong communication skills are required.
• Valid Ontario driver’s licence and insurability on our fleet policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide HVAC service work to customers in the Brampton area.
• Respond to on-call shifts and coordinate with team for service calls.
• Maintain safety, quality, and documentation for service activities.

Naylor Building Partnerships Inc. is currently looking for a dynamic, hardworking HVAC Journeyperson (313A) with GT1 (preferred) to join our team, focusing on providing exceptional HVAC Service work to our customers in the Brampton area.

• Base pay dependent on level of experience ($61.36 with GT2 and $65.60 with GT1)

Requirements

• 313A Refrigeration and A/C Systems Mechanic licence required
• GT2 Gas Technician license required, (GT1 preferred) and ODP certification
• Service experience in Industrial, Commercial and Institutional (ICI) environments
• Experience with chillers considered an asset
• Completion of Working at Heights and Elevated Work Platform training considered an asset
• Valid Ontario Driver’s licence and insurable on our fleet policy
• Ability to obtain a clean security clearance check
• Ability to work on-call shifts is required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Mechanical and electrical skills; Computer aptitude
