Job summary

Naylor Building Partnerships Inc. is seeking a dynamic HVAC Journeyperson (313A) with GT1 preferred to join our team in the Richmond Hill area. You will focus on delivering exceptional HVAC service work to our customers in the community.

Compensation ranges from CAD 157,000 to CAD 167,000 per year plus benefits. A comprehensive package includes medical/dental/vision, RRSP matching, profit sharing, life insurance, uniform allowance, tool loan, training, and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 313A Refrigeration and A/C Systems Mechanic license is required.
• GT2 Gas Technician license is required, GT1 preferred, and ODP certification is desirable.
• Experience in Industrial, Commercial and Institutional (ICI) environments is needed.

Naylor Building Partnerships Inc. is currently looking for a dynamic, hardworking HVAC Journeyperson (313A)with GT1 (preferred) to join our team, focusing on providing exceptional HVAC Service work to our customers in the Richmond Hill area.

Requirements:

• 313A Refrigeration and A/C Systems Mechanic license required
• GT2Gas Technician license required, (GT1 preferred) and ODP certification
• Service experience in Industrial, Commercial and Institutional (ICI) environments
• Experience with chillers considered an asset
• Completion of Working at Heights and Elevated Work Platform training considered an asset
• Valid Ontario Driver's licence and insurable on our fleet policy
• Ability to obtain a clean security clearance check
• Ability to work on-call shifts is required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Mechanical and electrical skills;Computer aptitude
