TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is partnered with Saskatchewan’s leading HVAC equipment supplier and is seeking a new Sales Engineer. The company has a longstanding reputation for a positive work culture.

The role involves training an engineer with HVAC experience in the sales process to ensure success. Sales Engineers in this company earn an average of $175,000 annually, with top performers earning significantly more.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and service needs.
  2. Collaborate with consulting engineers to design and specify custom industrial system solutions.
  3. Work with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from proposal to project completion.
  4. Manage projects end-to-end, providing updates to customers and coordinating with stakeholders.
  5. Prepare proposals and quotations, gathering technical documentation and pricing details.
  6. Analyze bid documents, project specifications, and technical requirements to develop accurate recommendations.
  7. Source equipment from suppliers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and technical soundness.
  8. Stay informed on industry products and trends to offer innovative options.
Qualifications & Skills
  1. Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Technology, or related field.
  2. Experience in HVAC or industrial equipment is an asset.
  3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  4. Ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and suppliers.
  5. Detail-oriented with excellent project coordination and time management skills.
