Job description

HVAC and/or Plumbing Project Executive needed for a well-respected, growing mechanical contractor in the LA area! Come work for a company with many years of proven excellence, great compensation, and benefits that include ESOP, showing no signs of slowing down!

Do you have 10+ years of mechanical construction project management experience? If so, we want to hear from you!

Project types include higher education, government, healthcare, industrial, and commercial building projects.

Project Executive Skills:

1. Team Management: Develop, establish, and administer procedures and systems related to team management. Prepare workload, sales forecasts, and resource/schedule planning for administrative and managerial functions. Provide workload forecasting for new projects and analyze progress on prospective unsecured projects.
2. Client Liaison / Communication: Represent the company at meetings with project clients and stakeholders. Mentor staff through all design phases and recommend training requirements to HR. Use leadership and motivation techniques to maximize employee productivity and satisfaction.

Project Executive Qualifications:

1. 10+ years of HVAC and/or plumbing construction project management experience.
2. Sales and estimating experience.
3. Superior interpersonal skills with clients and staff.
4. Excellent communication and coaching skills.
5. Demonstrated leadership abilities.
