The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of project management experience in the HVAC or plumbing field, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and proven leadership abilities. Project types include higher education, government, healthcare, industrial, and commercial building projects.

Project Executive Skills :

• Team Management
• Develop, establish, and administer procedures and systems related to team management.
• Prepare workload, sales forecasts, and team resources/schedules for administrative and managerial functions.
• Provide workload forecasting as new projects are secured and analyze progress on prospective projects.
• Client Liaison / Communication:
• Represent the company at meetings with project clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor staff throughout the design process and recommend training needs to HR.
• Utilize leadership skills to maximize employee productivity and satisfaction.

Project Executive Qualifications :

• 10+ years of HVAC and/or plumbing construction project management experience
• Sales and estimating experience
• Strong interpersonal skills with clients and staff
• Excellent communication and coaching skills
• Proven leadership abilities
• Project budgeting skills
• Ability to resolve team management issues promptly
