What you will do

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Monthly reporting per contractual requirements as a self-reporting contract.
  • Track project performance measures and document progress. Provide regular updates to stakeholders and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
  • Oversee the reporting and management of the financial operations of the facility and projects. Prepare as requested and maintain as required financial records, including budgets, forecasts, and financial statements. Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely invoicing and payments.
  • Issuing of contracts in accordance with project and JCI policy.
  • Budgeting and Reporting:
  • Contribute to the development and monitoring of budgets for facility operations and projects. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports as requested. Contribute to financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Maintain a project pipeline report from inputs from Team Members.
  • Responsibility to learn and manage the information within specific JCI financial programming.
  • Vendor Management to include invoice controls and sign off, payment terms met as contractually agreed, updates to vendor profile, vendor set up.

Compliance and Auditing:

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Coordinate and support internal and external audits.

Facility Coordination:

  • Manage contracts related to facility maintenance and services.
  • Manage project related documentation as directed. Oversee facility-related financial transactions and ensure cost-effective operations.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, facility management, project management, or a related industry experience in the field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in facility management or project coordination would be an asset.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure. Proficiency in MS Excel, Smartsheet and Sharepoint.

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $30-36 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
