Job Description

We are seeking an HVAC Mechanic responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and minor construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems.
  • Complete minor construction projects (painting, flooring, drywall).
  • Maintain inventory and document work performed.
  • Follow safety procedures and provide training to less experienced technicians.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of facilities maintenance experience.
  • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical principles.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
