You bring 3+ years of HVAC experience, a valid Residential Air Conditioning License, a clean driving record and a clear criminal background.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years HVAC experience with furnaces, central/ductless AC, boilers, and water heaters.
• Residential Air Conditioning License (Journeyman or RedSeal) required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; clear criminal background.
• Strong technical and customer service skills; metrics-focused.
• Ability to lead generation and CPP enrolments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure HVAC equipment meets safety and code standards.
• Follow Energy Star installation processes.
• Educate customers on care and maintenance; promote HVAC options.
• Perform inspections and keep vehicle clean and stocked.
• Promote services on every call; deliver five-star experience.
