Job Description

We are looking for a HVAC Technician with a minimum of 4 years of field experience in installation, possessing the following skill set:

• Experience with oil and gas fired boilers and furnaces
• Knowledge of ductless mini split systems
• Ability to read electrical schematics
• Skill in troubleshooting power supply voltages and control circuits
• In-depth understanding of refrigerant cycles and compressors
• EPA certification
• At least 2 years of experience supporting and running pipe systems
• Ability to flare and swedge copper pipes
• Experience in refrigerant recovery and system charging

The ideal candidate should have a desire to learn new industry technologies and skills, demonstrate craftsmanship through quality work, be organized and punctual, and have a minimum of 1 year ductwork experience. A clean driver’s record and the ability to keep vehicles organized are essential. We value trustworthy team members who are responsible and passionate about their work.

This position requires working two Saturdays a month, with Monday-Friday hours typically lasting 10-12 hours during peak season. Specific shift details can be discussed during the interview. Applicants will be required to pass a brief verbal exam. We look forward to speaking with you.
