A&B Mechanical Ltd. is hiring an HVAC Journeyman for project sites in Winnipeg, MB. You will install, repair and maintain HVAC systems across residential and commercial properties, reading blueprints and ensuring safe, compliant work.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Gas fitting experience and B Gas ticket an asset.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic instincts.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well with others or independently.
• Excellent time management, communication skills and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain HVAC equipment for air distribution in residential and commercial buildings.
• Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine layout.
• Climb ladders and work at heights, outdoors in all weather, in mechanical rooms.
• Operate power tools and perform general labour as needed.

We are currently hiring for an HVAC Journeyman for various project sites.

Job Duties:

• Install, repair and maintain equipment used for air distribution and in residential and commercial buildings
• Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine layout of plumbing system, water supply network and waste and drainage systems
• Install, repair and maintain domestic, commercial or industrial HVAC fixtures and systems
• Climb ladders / working at heights
• Work outside in all weather
• Work in mechanical rooms
• Use various power tools, lifting, general labour duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license
• Motivation to complete tasks in a timely manner
• Ability to follow instruction
• Gas fitting experience and B Gas ticket an asset
• Mechanical aptitude, diagnostic instincts
• Ability to work with others or independently on assigned tasks
• Professionalism, excellent time management and communication skills
