Workwithhighpoint is seeking a dedicated HVAC Installer to join our West Kootenays team. You will install heating and cooling systems in homes and light commercial settings, run ductwork, and commission equipment for optimal performance.

Qualifications

• Certified HVAC tech (Red Seal or equivalent) is a plus.
• Solid experience installing, servicing, and troubleshooting HVAC systems.
• Attention to detail; avoid cutting corners.
• Good with customers; explain what you’re doing without talking down to people.
• Physically strong and able to work in Kootenay weather.
• Reliable, clean driving record, no-drama attitude.

Run new ductwork, set equipment properly, commission systems so they run clean and efficient, and fix problems when they pop up. You’ll work on both residential and light commercial jobs — variety that keeps the days interesting.
