Position 1 : HVAC Installation Technician (“Super Tech”)

Location : Barrie

Are you a driven and skilled HVAC professional looking to take the next step in your career? Advanced Home Comfort Inc. is currently seeking a full-time HVAC Installation Technician, also known as our Super Tech, to join our growing team. We specialize in high-quality residential HVAC solutions, including new construction, retrofit installations, and energy-efficient heat pump systems.

Responsibilities :

• Perform residential HVAC installations, including sheet metal, gas piping , and hydronic systems
• Install ductless heat pump systems and have general heat pump installation experience
• Lead job sites independently or work effectively as part of a team
• Accurately document job progress and customer details using CRM software
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues
• Provide excellent customer service at every stage of the job

Qualifications :

Valid G Driver’s License

G2 Gas Technician Certification (mandatory)

Residential sheet metal installation experience (duct work)

Strong experience with both new construction and retrofit HVAC installations

Heat pump and ductless system installation experience (required)

Ability to lead projects independently with minimal supervision

Hydronics experience (asset)

313D Residential Refrigeration License (asset)

Proficient in English – both verbal and written

Strong organizational skills and willingness to use CRM software

Customer-focused mindset and strong interpersonal communication skills
