About Us:Arrow Plumbing & Heating is seeking a motivated and skilled HVAC Installer to join our growing team. We are proud to be one of Regina’s longest-standing and most trusted HVAC companies. The ideal candidate can be either an apprentice or journeyman, with hands‑on experience installing residential HVAC equipment.

Role:

• Full time position focused on installation of heating and cooling equipment (boilers in particular) for residential and light commercial applications
• Install primarily boilers, as well as furnaces and air conditioners, with the opportunity to work on water heaters and other HVAC equipment
• Work as either a lead technician, or under the direction of a lead technician, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and replace HVAC systems including boilers, furnaces, air conditioners and ventilation systems
• Perform start‑ups and test system functionality and safety
• Maintain a clean and professional job site
• Ensure all work meets local codes and manufacturer specifications
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Utilize our software (ServiceTitan) for scheduling, dispatch and completing job documentation accurately

Qualifications:

• Apprentice or Journeyman certification in HVAC or plumbing
• Experience in residential HVAC system installation
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
