Job description

Harbinger has partnered with a well-established and growing HVAC service company specializing in residential installations across the Burlington, Hamilton, Niagara, and Halton areas. With a focus on quality work and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our dedicated team.

Job Summary:
As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for the installation of residential heating and cooling systems, ensuring all work meets current standards and customer expectations. You’ll be working on-site at various residential locations throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, replace, and service residential HVAC systems (furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, etc.)

• Perform gas line installations and modifications in accordance with TSSA regulations

• Ensure all installations meet relevant codes and safety standards

• Maintain detailed records of work performed

• Communicate effectively with homeowners and team members

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites and company vehicle

Qualifications:

• Valid G2 Gas Fitter license (required)

• 313A or 313D Refrigeration License (an asset)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential HVAC installation

• Valid Ontario driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
