What We Are Looking For

We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and career-minded Install Helper/Duct Cleaner responsible for onsite installation and duct cleaning in residential homes.

• At least 1 year of recent HVAC installation experience, with exposure to furnaces, central and ductless air conditioners, gas boilers, and water heaters, including tankless heaters (asset).
• Successful completion of a post-secondary diploma in HVAC.
• A G3 or G2 Gas Fitter’s License.
• Other certifications such as ODP and Fall Arrest/Working from Heights are assets.
• Clear Criminal Record.
• A valid class “G” driver’s license with a clean record.
• Comfortable working from heights and using a ladder.
• An accountable and responsible personality, focused on delivering the best customer experience, with a positive, driven attitude to work hard and learn.
• The ability to work efficiently within a team, completing installation, maintenance, and commissioning of HVAC systems according to manufacturer and TSSA standards.
