What You’ll Do

  • Perform residential HVAC system installations with precision, professionalism, and a focus on safety
  • Remove old systems and install new ones, following installation checklists and HVAC codes.
  • Maintain communication with dispatch, manager, parts, and installation teams
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all required paperwork
  • Train and mentor installation helpers assigned to assist on projects
  • Keep customers informed throughout the installation process, ensuring satisfaction and trust
  • Maintain a clean, professional appearance and safe, organized job sites
  • Manage truck inventory and equipment for maximum efficiency
  • Promote the Tom Drexler brand and uphold company standards

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
  • Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and varying weather conditions

Preferred:

  • Experience leading or mentoring junior HVAC technicians
  • Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar software
