HVAC Estimating and Sales Engineer

Requirements and Qualifications:
  1. Experience in the service industry, particularly with renovations, retrofits, upgrades, and emergency repairs.
  2. Estimation and sales experience related to HVAC and Plumbing.
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Highly organized, with a strong ability to follow through on tasks.
  5. Demonstrated ability to prospect, negotiate, and close business deals, including cold calling skills.
Role and Responsibilities:
  1. Have a solid understanding of trade knowledge or possess hands-on experience in the field.
  2. Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
  3. Ability to evaluate and solve problems while identifying the most appropriate solutions.
  4. Develop expertise in mechanical systems.
  5. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  6. Deliver excellent customer service, including resolving client issues efficiently.
  7. Look for new business opportunities with both new and existing clients.
  8. Prepare quotations and participate in tenders for new projects.
  9. Collaborate with the technical team to support projects based on the estimates and help find alternate solutions as needed.

Competitive salary between $80,000 - $110,000 based on experience, plus potential incentives.
