Job summary

Johnson Controls, a global leader in building systems, is seeking an HVAC Electrical Controls Installer in Edmonton, Canada. Under supervision, you will perform routine installation and checkout on a variety of systems, reading drawings and coordinating with prime electrical contractors.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret drawings.
• Willingness to travel overnight as needed.
• HVAC control installation experience preferred.
• Apprenticeship level or Journeyperson certification relevant to electrical work.

Responsibilities

• Install and checkout HVAC control systems per drawings and codes.
• Mounts, terminates, and tags controls equipment.
• Assist with electrical estimates for retrofit projects.
• Complete on-site documentation and communicate progress to management.
• Ensure safety and quality compliance on job sites.
