How Will You Do It

We are looking for skilled HVAC Technicians with experience in Residential and/or ducted products, air-cooled and/or water-cooled chillers, AHUs, or Roof Top ducted units. We provide factory certification through our Service Technical Academy (STA) with recognition, monetary rewards, and advancement. We offer incentive programs and prioritize employee safety. We also provide tools, uniforms, and a company vehicle to perform your job and serve our customers to the highest standard.

Your responsibilities include providing top-level service to solve facility inefficiencies, offering solutions during commissioning and aftermarket service, and recommending improvements for operational efficiency, including upselling opportunities and supporting quotes.

Required
What we look for
  • Be a dedicated team member, willing to learn, responsible for startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, and aftermarket services.
  • Must be a member or willing to join a local Union.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of practical experience with air-cooled and/or water-cooled chillers, with strong HVAC/mechanical troubleshooting skills. Preference for water-cooled centrifugal chillers.
  • Able to repair centrifugal compressors and screw chiller system components.
  • Travel may be required 10% to 20% for startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting support.

  • Strong interpersonal, digital, and written communication skills to clearly communicate problems, causes, and solutions to customers.

  • Prioritize safety in all activities.
  • Universal EPA refrigerants license, applicable state or local licensing, and a valid driver's license.
