About the Role :

As a Branch Representative, you will manage customer relationships, provide excellent service, process orders and quotations, and promote products to increase sales. You will collaborate with sales teams, source parts and equipment, and maintain inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities :

  • Deliver outstanding customer service in a wholesale environment
  • Process orders and quotations; support sales teams
  • Manage incoming calls and messages professionally
  • Source parts/equipment with suppliers and buying groups
  • Understand client needs; suggest suitable products/services
  • Build and maintain customer trust and relationships
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Address customer concerns promptly
  • Conduct physical inventory; ensure accuracy and cleanliness
  • Support after-hours on-call duties as assigned

Compensation :

Salary Range : $50,000 - $65,000 annually

Additional Pay : Overtime, annual bonus
